There are, however, many good reasons to donate your old car
for a worthy cause at any and all times of year:

For one thing, a charitable car donation just makes you feel good about yourself – gives you the satisfaction of knowing you did something good for a charity. And realize that vehicle donation charities are good at making sure that no sneaky people are trying to get hand-outs; only authentic needy families are able to get vehicle donations.

Possible benefit number two: You get back that parking spot or driveway slot your old beater was taking up.

Potential benefit for you #3: Depending on what shape your old car was in, you improve the neighborhood – if not your property.

Potential benefit #4: You can use your generosity to elevate your status in your wife’s or husband’s eyes, so that they will likely approve of that new or used car or truck you’ve been wanting to buy! This works really well if you don’t tell her (or him) about your intentions to get the ‘new’ car until you are nearly done donating the car – if not AFTER you’ve donated your old car.
